Q: How far in advance should I schedule my service?

A: Generally, advanced notice of 2 to 3 weeks is recommended. Because the limo industry is route-based, it can be difficult to find a matching run for your limo on short-notice. Expedited pick-ups (with less than 7-day advanced notice) can be arranged but changes or errors increase from last minute communication.

Q: Do you guarantee entry to nightclubs?

A: We have strategic relationship with many nightclubs in Los Angeles and Orange County, however the nightclub has FINAL SAY on who they let in. Generally speaking, if you follow the guidelines we give you everything will be smooth. However, we DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS for any individuals or groups who are refused entry to clubs.

Q: Can we split up our group or sit in the limo and party in it?

A: It is important to let us know of your plans ahead of time. Splitting up of groups for any reason is not allowed in the limos for liability reasons. It is also a requirement to never allow a group to split for all commercial drivers according to the Commercial Driver’s Handbook of the DMV. Additionally, it is also illegal in the state of California to operate a vehicle at idle for more than 5 minutes. Therefore, just hanging out in a party bus with nothing to do is firmly discouraged.

Q: Is there an additional charge for trips outside of Los Angeles and Orange County?

A: Yes. We have a 25mile radius around around our territory where there is no fuel charge. Anything outside of the 25mile radius, there will be an additional fuel surcharge depending on a few different factors: How many hours the bus is rented for, what day of the week the bus is being rented and a few others. Typically, the travel charge is an additional $1-2/mile from our location. Please call for details.
