Adam Swaby

Chief Executive Officer

The Party Bus Group was founded during my time studying at California State University Long Beach. At the time I was working in event promotions at Rockstar Energy, which involved organizing events for colleges in Los Angeles to Nevada and Arizona (all of which required coordinating travel). Quickly seeing the value in entertainment transportation, I started running independent party bus events from local collages to nightclubs in Los Angeles and Orange County. I have a genuine passion for hospitality and my expertise in logistics has made PBG the largest and most successful limousine bus company in California.

In 2021, following a decade within the transportation Industry, I created Elite Charter, the sister company to Party Bus Group. This independent business focuses on luxury group travel for the corporate and public sectors with a fleet of executive style mini-buses and motor-coaches.

During my free time I enjoy traveling, staying fit and skiing the back bowls whenever I can get away to the snow!

Lynsey Marrinan

Chief Operations Officer

My name is Lynsey and I am thrilled to be a part of the amazing team at Party Bus Group and Elite Charter as COO. With over 5 years of experience in transportation, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the customers, team members, and partners in the industry. What motivates me is the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives by enabling seamless, reliable, sustainable transportation solutions. I am also a lifelong learner, always seeking new knowledge and insights that can help me stay ahead of the curve in this fast-paced industry.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and traveling to new places. A couple of my bucket list items are to visit every MLB stadium and every Continent at least once (2 more to go!)

Operations Manager

Hi there, I’m Valeria, but you can call me Val! Immersed in the world of luxurious transportation. I’ve swiftly developed a deep passion for the industry. As an efficient operations manager, ensuring each customer has an incredible experience is my pride! It’s truly an honor to be a part of our clients’ most cherished events.

Sean Frazier

Fleet Manager and Mechanic

Hello my name is Sean I am the Fleet Manager for Party Bus Group and Elite Charter. I have been maintaining and working on vehicles since I was old enough to hold a wrench. I strive to keep a well-maintained fleet in meticulous condition. I am out there with our vehicles daily getting my hands dirty to ensure every one of our customers has a safe and memorable experience when traveling with our company. We really do have a top level team here at PBG and we are here to…. “keep the party rolling” ! In my off time I really enjoy driving my off-road race car in the desert and also taking the boat out to the lake with friends and family!

Cenk Ozkay

Elite Business Development Manager

Originally a native of Marin County located in the San Francisco Bay Area, I relocated to beautiful Newport Beach with my wife and three children in 2022. 

I started in the industry in 2010 and have a strong track record of accomplishments in transportation and helped pioneer Commuter Shuttle programs in San Francisco. After relocating to Southern California, I wanted to do what I know best, and Elite Charter was the perfect fit. I pride myself on my expertise and ability to resolve complex transportation problems while, delivering solutions that save money, promote environmental sustainability and enhance the customer experience. “We have an amazing team here at Elite Charter and I look forward to helping grow Elite to one of the largest operators of motor coaches in Southern California!” 

I enjoy traveling, spending time with MY family and am an avid home cook and a huge Disney fan! 

Yvonne DePippo

Financial Controller

Experienced financial controller with over 10 years specializing in managerial accounting.  Thrilled to bring my expertise to the luxury transportation field, leveraging financial acumen to drive efficiency and success.  Beyond numbers, I find joy for my two chihuahuas and sharing exhilarating snowboarding adventures with my husband in the mountains.

Jessica Mendoza

Sales Manager

Hello, my name is Jessica, you can call me Jess! I love working in the field of Luxury transportation and party planning to help people create special memories with loved ones. I enjoy being a part of the process and being able to assist with the booking experience to make it as easy & efficient as possible for my clients. I aim to take the stress out of at least one part of the planning process for your special event, whether it is corporate, a wedding or a spontaneous night out!

I am a mom of two boys so I understand it can be stressful to take care of the planning & coordinating of events for others. When I am not at work, I love spending time with my family, out in nature or staying in and watching movies. My favorite hobby is trying out new coffee shops and you can also find me at cycling class at least a few times a week. I am continuously striving to provide the best service that I can along with my team. I hope we can connect and make an amazing trip possible for you!

Lexy McGuire

Sales Manager

Hello! My name is Lexy and I am a passionate Sales Manager who specializes in helping clients book buses for their big day! I am dedicated to providing innovative, cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions that meet the needs of each of my clients.

I moved to Orange County from Minnesota almost 5 years ago and spend most of my free time at the beach. I also have a 140-pound Bernese Mountain Dog named Cruz that joins me on all my adventures.

Lead Dispatch & Sales Representative

Hello there, my name is Ben and I am one the Sales Representatives and Dispatchers for the Party Bus Group and Elite Charter. I believe that every interaction with a customer is an opportunity to make a positive impact. I aim to create a memorable experience for each customer, leaving them feeling heard, valued and appreciated.

When I am not helping clients, you can find me at a dog park with my corgi or somewhere in Vegas hoping to hit “23”.

I am eager to work with our clients to create more memorable adventures!

Vanessa Camez

Hi there my name is Vanessa and I am proud to be a part of this team as one of the Dispatchers and Sales Representatives for Party Pus Group and Elite Charter. I take pride in going above and beyond for both our customers and drivers to ensure a fun and smooth experience for everyone.

On my free time I enjoy spending time and making memories with my loved ones and being active at the gym to work on my new healthy lifestyle.  I also am exploring new things and traveling is definitely something I am aiming to accomplish now that I have moved back home to Southern California and have the opportunity to do it!

Business Development Representative

Hey There! I’m the guy in the office that quotes movies and tv quotes for better or worse. If you like Seinfeld we are already on track to being best friends.  Professionally, I have a strong background for expanding company client bases devising strategic creative solutions to elevate them to new heights.

During my down time, I wear the hat of a music promoter as just another way to fuel my creative muscles and need, for providing memorable experiences for people. My goal at PBG is to do just that, creating great experiences and lasting partnerships.

Bill Collier

Maintenance Manager

Hi, I am Bill and I take great pride in making sure our fleet is kept to the highest standard! I’m an expert in electronics and lighting and you can regularly find me in, or under the buses making sure our vehicles are in perfect working condition! I’m also the go-to expert on most questions from our staff members and drivers as I have a mechanical mind and the ability to figure out problems quickly and efficiently.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling and spending time with my daughter. I’m also a bit of an adrenaline junkie and my most recent adventure was skydiving over the coastline of San Diego.

Sue Mote

Equipment Detail Manager

The official mom of Party Bus Group, I have been with the company for almost ten years! I have extensive experience in providing cleaning and detailing services to transportation companies with my team. My commitment to excellence and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of my work! I take great pride in ensuring that every vehicle for PBG & Elite is thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standard! 

I am passionate about my work and the experience clients have while traveling onboard one of our charter busses!
