Our number one priority at PBG is the health and safety of our clients and employees. We are closely monitoring information released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), federal, state, and local government agencies, and industry partners, to stay on top of this evolving situation with the most up-to-the-minute information and to ensure the actions we are taking are comprehensive and appropriate.
We understand, however, that you may have concerns about travel. We would like to ease your worries by sharing with you the procedures we are enhancing to assure your safety and the safety of our team members
Fleet Cleaning
While we have always thoroughly cleaned our vehicles after each rental, we are enhancing our cleaning efforts to pay special attention to high touch areas such as door handles, bar areas, dance poles and entertainment panels. Each surface is thoroughly wiped down with a multi-purpose cleaner and an effective, high-grade CDC approved disinfectant. Vehicle interiors will be thoroughly wiped down between each trip. We will also be treating all vehicles daily with electrostatic sprayers that decontaminate the interiors using an anti-viral solution.
When not in use, our vehicles will be stored in direct sunlight allowing UV light into the vehicles and all efforts will be made to allow as much fresh air as possible in between rentals.
Counter Measures
- We have installed hand sanitizing stations on all vehicles for customer use.
- We are providing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as face masks and gloves for our employees to wear while working. At this time, we will be requiring that employees wear a face covering while traveling in our vehicles.
- Dispatch Department will perform temperature checks on every chauffeur at the beginning of each shift.
- All vehicles will be equipped with an infrared digital thermometer gun so passengers may also check themselves and their group prior to the trip.
